Meet Our Team

Scott has been working in the Engineering and Manufacturing Industry his entire work career. Scott graduated from South Central College with an Engineering and Drafting Degree. He has a strong ability to make things happen.

Scott, along with his former business partner, started B&B Manufacturing in his garage in 2004 and soon moved to a space in the Owatonna Business incubator. As of today, Scott has successfully grown B&B to over 55,000 Square feet and B&B now employs over 50 staff members.

In his spare time, he enjoys his grandchildren, family, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and spending time at the lake with his wife.

Kerry has been involved with B&B since its inception in 2004. She spent many hours in the early years of B&B helping with running and unloading laser parts, assembly work, cleaning, and office work.

She is a large part of B&B’s success, including her passion to make sure we are taking care of our customers and staff.

Kerry also enjoys her time away from B&B with her family and 8 grandchildren, gardening, camping, ice fishing and taking care of her home and their place at the lake.

Keith has 35+ years of experience in Manufacturing.

He has spent his career in Drafting and Design, Laser, and Press Brake Programming,

and also, Process Improvement, Fixture Design, and Preventative Maintenance Management.

When not at work, Keith spends his time Hunting, Fishing and Camping.

Samantha brings over 10 years of manufacturing experience to the B&B Manufacturing team. She is experienced in purchasing, sales, customer service, and overall account management.

Samantha earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Southwest Minnesota State University and an associate degree in accounting from South Central College.

When not in the office, Samantha volunteers for her daughter’s school and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, and boating.

I’m Sabrina, I lead our Assembly and Shipping departments.   I have over 10 years of management experience and I love helping our staff learn new and more efficient ways to achieve results. I work to keep things organized and strive to make sure our customers get their products on time.

When I’m not at work my four sons keep me plenty busy with sports, camping at the lake, and fishing.

Hello! I’m Jay, the press brake department supervisor. I bring over 20 years of press brake experience to B&B Manufacturing.

When not at work I like to go hunting and fishing.

Hi, my name is Mark Kanzenbach. I am the Weld Department Supervisor. I have over 16 years of Mig welding. Additionally, many years robotic welding, programming of robot welders, and programing of lasers. I am also working to become a Certified Welding Inspector.

I am passionate about teaching and helping new up and coming welders strive to achieve their goals of being a good welder.

Outside of work I really enjoy spending time with my family camping and fishing. I also love building and running Demolition Derby Cars with my family and friends.

Hello! My name is Amanda Krenske and I am the receptionist here at B&B Manufacturing & Assembly.

I love my job here at B&B and look forward to helping our customers. I am committed to doing my best every day to provide quality service to our customers.

In my free time I enjoy quilting/sewing, cooking/baking, and spending time with my husband and our families.
